Bureau Unifié Automobile Tunisien
In accordance with the art. 114 of the insurance code, it is formed between Tunisian insurance companies, approved under the regulations in force to practice the Motor Third Party Liability Insurance, a professional association named « Bureau Unifié Automobile Tunisien » and submitted to the Book 7 of the labor Code, responsible for the application of agreements concluded with foreign countries adhering to international insurance card system.

GREEN CARD
The Green Card is an international certificate of insurance which issued under the authority of the National Bureau, in accordance with the recommendation 5 of the Road Transport Sub-Committee of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE).
This document is accepted by the Authorities of all countries for which the Green Card is valid.

ORANGE CARD
The “orange card” system was founded on April 26, 1975 during the signing of the inter-Arab convention in Tunis known as the “Orange Card Convention” which was signed by 20 Arab countries (www.gaif-1.org).
The orange card system is managed by the “General Arab Insurance Federation – GAIF” which is an inter-Arab government body that operates under the guardianship of the League of Arab Countries.
