The organs of BUAT are :

  • The General Assembly: It is made up of representatives of insurance companies that are members of the Bureau.
  • The Board of Directors: It is composed by the representatives of the insurance companies that are members of the Bureau.
  • The President and the Vice-president.
  • Committees emanating from the Board of Directors: Audit Committee, Investments Committee and Remuneration Committee.
  • The General Direction.
  • The technical and support structures of the Bureau.
