On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Council of Bureaux (CoB), which has managed and supervised the Green Card system since 1949, the Tunisian Green Card Bureau (BUAT), a member of the system since 1967, wishes to express its heartfelt congratulations and deep gratitude to this international organization that currently includes 46 Green Card Bureaux, the Compensation Bodies, the Guarantee Funds and the Information Centres.
